Queensland Floods – Appeal for help for our local wildlife
We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to everyone that recently contributed to our Flood Appeal to help the wildlife that were affected by the flooding and extreme weather events of recent.
The funds raised have been put to good use and have helped rehabilitate hundreds of sick, injured and orphaned wildlife from the South-east Queensland region.
On behalf of our volunteer wildlife carers, we are forever grateful for your generosity, support and kind thoughts.

BABY BIRDS
Orphaned baby birds are already making their way into care - for information on how to help our native baby birds, Click Here - including detailed instructions on what to do if you find a baby bird that you think needs help.
The Gold Coast City Council has recently provided $4,000 funding to Wildcare to help cover the costs associated with our 24 hour emergency telephone service.
This funding will ensure that our volunteer telephone service can continue to operate.
