Please complete the online forms linked above for all new and renewing membership applications. Membership applications must be completed via the online form and payment submitted via credit card. We are unable to accept cheques or cash.
You can use this form to order Wildcare merchandise (note this is only available to current members) such as shirts, safety vests.
Wildcare members who have completed the Rescue and First Aid for Wildlife workshop and who are ready to start wildlife rescues can request to be added to the Wildcare Rescue List by completing the application form. Please note, this for members only and ensure you complete all the details.
Wildcare members who have completed the necessary workshops and training and wish to become a registered rescuer or carer with Wildcare, will need to submit an online application form which can be accessed via the link above. Please read the information at the start of the Permit Application before submitting the form.
Wildcare Asset Conditions & Agreement (v3 Mar 2026)
Wildcare require an agreement to be read, signed and submitted to allow their assets to issued for use in Wildcare related activities. Please read through this form carefully as it contains important information.
The relevant Wildcare policies on issuing Permit Authorisations are included above which provide detailed information on the procedures used to assess and issue permits.
For use by Wildcare members to maintain data on all wildlife rescued and cared for. Maintaining and submitting records regularly is a requirement of having a Wildcare Permit Authorisation.
All members who are endorsed for rescue and rehabilitation activities, must submit data of wildlife rescued and transported. This data is essential for both Wildcare as well as Local Councils and all levels of government.
Data is submitted via the Wildcare Jotform app, which is easy to instal on your smartphone. You can access instructions on how to access the app below:
If you are unable to submit your data through the App, please email the Wildcare Records Team at records@wildcare.org.au and they can provide direct links to online forms so you can submit them through a desktop computer or tablet.
Wildlife rescuers can use the General Rescue Form here to hand-write the details of wildlife rescued. This is a good way of keeping pertinent information relating to the rescue and initial care provided.
Species Specific Rescue Forms templates below have been designed to assist wildlife carers in the accurate assessment of sick and injured wildlife. These forms are more comprehensive than our general Rescue Record Form listed above and are species specific.
The Rehabilitation Charts and Record Sheets have been designed for specific species to record the animal’s treatment plan.

Two Green Threads are a Not-for-profit organisation established specifically to support wildlife volunteers. Includes a variety of webinars, podcasts and other resources to support and wildlife rescuers and carers which are all provided free of charge.
